Artist Talk: Milica Mijajlović

Milica Mijajlović is one of the participating artists in the exhibition Make me coffee make me a sandwich, with the work, My potion, my song. You will be able to understand more about the concept of her work for this exhibition during the talk, as well as about her artistic practice in general.

Milica Mijajlović (b. 1993, Belgrade) is a visual artist working across various media. In her practice she focuses on the ambience and the symbolic notions of events that defined her, while also questioning the meanings and the ways in which certain occurrences manifest in our society. She finished her MA studies at the Academy of Art, Architecture and Design in Prague. She has, so far, had solo shows in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia, and she currently lives and works between Belgrade and Prague.
