Driven by an independent scene of talented and motivated artists, without a stable art system as well as with a minimal infrastructure of contemporary art, Shtatëmbëdhjetë has undertaken to re-articulate all its activity including Galeria 17. A space for education, activism, and bold artistic experimentation. A gallery for the neighborhood, the city and the entire artistic community.
