In 1980, Nevzat Karabeg, who made a great contribution to the world of Motorsport, opened  his workshop in Henrik Baric street in Prishtina. Born in 1950 in Prishtina, at the age of 12 he started working next to a car. He continued his career as a car mechanic in  well known companies in the time of the former Yugoslavia  such as Automotive and Compass Hertz Rent a Car, participating in numerous races in the field of Motorsport. He was part of the team in European and World Championships, where some of the races were those of Hertz Rally in Slovenia, Rally Monte Carlo, Catalunya etc. He has traveled and participated in competitions in Portugal, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Czech Republic, Poland, Turkey, Morocco, and other countries. In Prishtina he was and continues to be known as one of the most famous car mechanics, not only for fast racing cars, but also cars in general. In his workshop in Prishtina he continued to contribute until 2018. Today, he still continues to give his contribution in this field, in every competition organized by FASK Kosovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Old doors, tiles and other details dating back 50 years are still preserved today as a relic of the past, now in the space turned into an art gallery. Shtat\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb on November 16, 2021 opened Galeria 17, as a space for education, activism and artistic experimentation. A gallery for the neighborhood, the city and entire artistic community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
