The work the duo developed highlighted the need to refunctionalize alternative public spaces. As a result, Shtat\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb was registered as a foundation in 2018 in Prishtina, and operates through all Kosovo regions with its activities. Shtat\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb (17) visions that citizens of all genders participate and contribute meaningfully and freely in the community and public life through culture, education and activism.&nbsp; Its mission is to foster positive change in society through empowering communities by means of cultural activism.&nbsp; Shtat\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb is governed by a board composed of three members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The strategic plan sets the overall direction for Shtat\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb FY 2022 &#8211; 2026. The plan has been developed in support of the foundations\u2019 mission and reflects our commitment to positive change in society through our renamed and repurposed programs of Arts &amp; Education, Cultural Activism and Space.
